The Wisconsin Housing Alliance is dedicated to serving and representing all areas of the factory-built housing industry in Wisconsin. WHA consistently strives to keep our membership updated on changes and offers ongoing educational opportunities to help keep your business running smoothly. Educational opportunities include our annual conference, topic specific seminars, and continuing education for various license and certification programs in class or online.
DOCUMENTS FOR YOUR BUSINESS
WHA offers a large amount of model or ready to use documents specific to the factory-built housing industry including model residential rental agreements and applications, purchase contracts, eviction notices, listing agreements, and so much more. Forms are copyrighted and have been prepared by WHA’s legal counsel.

Our virtual office is always open. The Members Only section of our website has valuable and extensive information for all areas of the factory-built housing industry. Member access to forms, news, statistics and other critical information is just a click away. The WHA website also hosts a membership directory, buyers guide, and search features to help buyers and renters find the right home and community.
STANDING UP FOR YOU
WHA has a professional licensed lobbyist representing the factory-built housing industry in Wisconsin. These efforts are proactive in making sure your voice is heard. The more members, the stronger our voice! WHA participates in advocacy on the national level with Manufactured Housing Institute (MHI). MHI represents the industry before Congress, HUD, and various federal agencies.
NEWSLETTER AND ESSENTIAL DATA
WHA’s monthly newsletter, Industry Insights, keeps your business up-to-date on issues at the state and federal level, as well topics our members are most interested in. As breaking news happens, members are informed with email alerts. Retail Trends is an in-depth, detailed report on factory-built shipments in Wisconsin and is essential data to the industry.
