Step 3 - Return your Exams

Mail the following items to the Wisconsin Housing Alliance using the address on the Course Payment Instructions:

Completed Course Exams 1 and 2
Completed Course Verification Form - If you are applying for your initial Dwelling Contractor Qualifier Certificate, then you will not have a License # so leave that space blank.
